Guided Experience Customer Feedback
In a guided experience on a mobile device such as iPhone 12 Pro, better scale the "Back" "Save for Later" and "Next" buttons/text. They are overlapping each other due to the width of the screen. Consider making them smaller.
On image uploads, the button to delete an uploaded image is a "not allowed" or international "No" and could be hard for customers to understand what it does. Consider renaming this button.
Have the ability to make radio sets as "read-only" fields. Especially those that we are setting with pre-fill. Text fields have this functionality but radio sets do not.

better tray codes
Has a mixture of both Ricoh and Xerox printers, therefore, has to have 2 PCL files for each form.
Ideal resolution:
• Improved tray code compatibility for PCL6 printers/drivers.
• ability to select which Tray Code to use at the Printer level, not just the Merge level1 vote -
Capture Client Signature boxs
In capture client have it expand on screen similar to the Go app on IPAD. If thats not possible please change the color of the box to GREEN as its hard for people to distinguish where to sign on a form and the Black, Blue, and Red signature boxs are hard to see.

Remove Favorites on Deactivation
Web FormImprint: Provide a checkbox that can be set to on or off in settings, to allow favorites to be removed when deactivating a user.
Justification:
We have tens of thousands of users in our database over the years. We recently discovered after clearing deactivated forms from users (mostly who were previous users) that our system sped up noticeably. We then culled data off of the deactivated users for another speed increase. From an auditing standpoint we cannot remove users from the system, however, removing unneeded settings helped free up load times.Pitfalls: The only downside we can come up…

Generate QR code at end of item completion that patient can scan when they arrive to “check in”/print wristbands
Could a QR code could be generated when patient completes all Pre Registration materials remotely. Patient could then scan that code when they arrive on site to "check in" or automatically print necessary wristbands (LAB/RAD outpatient visits).

Off-Line Downtime Solution (Cyber Security play)
Per feedback from the team and folks I talked to at HIMSS, cyber security is THE top initiative for IT right now. It would nice to have a play for that via providing an off-line downtime solution that doesn't require network availability. Basically WFI and Reg Downtime installed as vm's on workstations (laptops) that can be accessed during a downtime or cyber attack. We basically already have these solutions but there should be some thought to how those solutions would be configured or "solution-ized" so they can be marketed appropriately.

Send notification about forms needing signature to a physician sign que
Integration with EHR to send a message with a hyperlink to a physician's EHR Inbox that take the provider to the form the need to sign. Use case: Nurse starts Informed consent workflow and provider needs to sign later.

Option to default Capture Client view to Fit
I am aware of the ability to default the Capture Client zoom to whatever works best for their needs. Would like the option to default the Capture Clients to the "Fit" view.

Referrals
Staff would like the ability to streamline and simplify the patient referral to see a specialist, another specialist or have a specific test conducted. We believe this is a very paper intensive and time consuming process across multiple groups within the health system setting.

Especially in the Clinical Trial space, staff would like the ability for trackable form revisions, review tracking, collaboration, editing etc.

Automated tool to compare/consolidate forms within a forms repository
We have over 13,000 forms in several locations throughout our system. We need a tool to help automate the comparison process so we can consolidate, centralize, and standardize our forms inventory.

Electronic Faxing capability for sharing documents
We are currently having to fax documents to external partners. To streamline this process, we would like the ability to setup partners faxing numbers and allow for selecting of docs/forms within the Interlace Health solution using our electronic faxing solution.
2 votesPOC related to receiving faxes has been completed. We have requirements in place to allow for Nova to consume faxes with attached PDF files and associating the PDF to an encounter/patient record. Expected release is Q1 2025

Digital rounding
A practice as simple as a nurse checking in on a patient for vital signs. Digital rounding replaces pen and paper with electronic forms geared to the task at hand. The forms help ensure information is tracked and communicated and the process is more consistent.

Allow data collected via the Patient Intake process to automatically populate into the appropriate patient record fields vs manual entry from PDFs into our EHR system.

Apply a patient signature, once captured, to each signature field without the need for patient to re-sign
On a mobile device, once we capture a signature on the first signature field, allow a patient to do something to apply that same signature to subsequent signature fields, without having to manually redraw their signature each time

Integrate between hospital and non-hospital owned clinics that are on a different network
We get patients form from Providers at clinics that are not on Epic and not on the same server. They would like to be able to have the surgical informed consent signed electronically at the clinic, up to 30 days before the procedure, then associate that consent with the Epic surgical encounter at the hospital the day of the procedure.

One is the receiving of forms submitted from the customers website. Another is the ability to receive faxes and map to a patient record and then archive.

Ability to upload and share non-Interlace Health forms/documents to a patient for remote access
This would be similar to how we share forms with remote patients, but the documents are just informational and do not require the patient to complete. The documents are provided to the patient for them to download and print if needed. This will help facilities provide test results, medical history records, and other similar documents to patients extending our value beyond our forms. These documents would only be available for a limit time frame for patient access and download.

Personalization for providers in IC Capture forms, like Epic dot phrases
EHR systems allow for physicians to define phrases or text they use often and enter in documents using special characters. Physicians are asking for the same functionality in Nova ideally using the same files they already stored this information in. If not possible to use the same file, then allow for importing from a file.
