  1. El Dorado wants to have a CSV file that contains some of the user preferences, like the Access Code, Text Signature, Initial Signature and maybe other options and just have like a massive upload instead of having every user enter it themself.

  2. Leveraging data from our forms into AI models to create insights and/or increase automation beyond what we and other PI vendors are doing today. Two ideas- Meditech is adding predictive technology into their EHR to highlight patients with increased risk of missing appointments. Can we provide data from an intake form or survey that could feed into this Meditech feature?   3. provide Print Only form templates to the MFP print system, basically they are smart printers that hold in memory our form templates and allow the customers to print directly at the printer.

  4. Migrating our Financial package to Nova. We have a number of customers including Valley Health who use both our financial solutions aka "Checks" and other solutions such as Forms on Demand, Patient Intake forms etc. Valley is concerned about having to operate two different "forms" systems if they migrate their existing Classic products to Nova. Having migrating Financials on the roadmap would encourage them to start the migration process. I believe St Genevieve and others would like this option as well. This would also help retire an onsite server.

  5. In Web Form Imprint it would be great if we could set a threshold, which would be different for each customer, to prompt users if they are sure they want to print x documents.

    We have at least one person every day that tries to print hundreds to thousands of forms. In our case we would set it to 18 and if someone selected the entire site it would prompt "are you sure you want to print 651 Forms?" This would greatly save on paper and our helpdesk trying to kill print jobs.

    Researching the root cause of so many forms being selecting. Assuming the user doesn't realize they have selected all forms in the job tree.

  6. Images for insurance cards, wounds, ID, etc need to be attached to a visit or encounter and then archived to the EMR.

  8. Being a hospital, several forms have graphics to represent activates that need to be done by the patient or body parts to depict where ailments/injuries are. When building forms in Form Designer, these pictures are find, but when printed out of WFI they are very pixilated and blurry. Then when these forms are scanned back into the Medical Record, its worse. Is this in the future plans to make better?

    In addition to the tips Ron offered, we are looking into this printing issue.

  9. On the forums, it would be nice to have an area where people could upload forms / tool kits. Forms is a little tricky with my current organization but my past organization we would share our forms with anyone that wanted an example. The tool kit designers is not a problem to be shared.

  10. I wish there was an Edit Mode in WFI to be able to drag/drop jobs where you want them which leads to it would be nice if you could organize the jobs however you want instead of them always being in alphabetical mode. Hate having to put special characters in front of the job name to get it at the top for frequently used forms. Wish we could choose to have alpha or put however we want.

    This capability is currently in development on our new Nova platform. Due to the technology approach used in WFI, we are not able to provide this capability. Please reach out to your sales representatives if you have any interest in hearing more about the Nova platform.

  11. Has a mixture of both Ricoh and Xerox printers, therefore, has to have 2 PCL files for each form.

    Ideal resolution:
    • Improved tray code compatibility for PCL6 printers/drivers.
    • ability to select which Tray Code to use at the Printer level, not just the Merge level

  13. Web FormImprint: Provide a checkbox that can be set to on or off in settings, to allow favorites to be removed when deactivating a user.

    Justification:
    We have tens of thousands of users in our database over the years. We recently discovered after clearing deactivated forms from users (mostly who were previous users) that our system sped up noticeably. We then culled data off of the deactivated users for another speed increase. From an auditing standpoint we cannot remove users from the system, however, removing unneeded settings helped free up load times.

  14. Could a QR code could be generated when patient completes all Pre Registration materials remotely. Patient could then scan that code when they arrive on site to "check in" or automatically print necessary wristbands (LAB/RAD outpatient visits).
