1. Report in SF to track the percent of patient who complete their pre-reg in advance

   Provide reporting or analytics on demographics and adaption rates of patients who use Remote Patient Intake. I know this is hard to collect because that would be coming from the other systems. Can a report be built in SF that tracks % of forms that get completed in advance and can break it down by patient age groups.

   This is a capability we have the our Patient Intake solution; however, we need more information on what analytics would be most valuable for use to provide as a default.
