  2. I suggest adding a warning message that appears when the 'Clear Signatures' button is pressed in case it is pressed on accident. Something along the lines of 'Are you sure you want to clear all signatures?' then the option to click 'Yes' or 'No'.

  3. El Dorado wants to have a CSV file that contains some of the user preferences, like the Access Code, Text Signature, Initial Signature and maybe other options and just have like a massive upload instead of having every user enter it themself.

  4. Form Management - Columns available to view

    I would like to be able to configure what columns are visible on the Form Management Form and Layer tabs. I want to be able to add any form/layer metadata field, i.e., PDF file Name, document Type, Form ID, etc. This will greatly improve the IC ability to maintain the form list and metadata settings. Additionally, it would be great to be able to export the list with visible columns allowing us to document and share with the customer. I realize this is an enhancement, but is there any way to manually change…

  7. Non clinical workflows such as PO approval, new hires and others that require signature. We should be able to route these forms using internal communication tools commonly used including various emails, MS Teams Slack and others. We should be able to store completed documents in the repository of choice of the clients. We should research is this sharepoint or other 3rd party storage and retrieval systems. Some might be area specific i.e. HRIS

  12. We need to update the QIE mapping node per the attached word doc. If the customer send us \SH 4.1 value NOT in all caps the facility filter WILL NOT WORK. See working code fix in salesforce case

  13. If you create a form event processor workflow, the Delete case is never triggered. This is NOT a project issue currently, but if it should work, it should work. I just noticed it when testing Elsa 32 workflows I am creating.

  14. We need a new column added to the Elsa 3 Instances view. We need the account number added to allow effective troubleshooting.

    urgency - without this ICs will need to know the date/time and patient account number to find a workflow instance to troubleshoot. customers will have the account number, but rarely have a precise date/time.

    this is not a showstopper but will greatly reduce troubleshooting time and stress.

  15. Leapfrog added ratings on Informed Consent within that couple of years. While there is not a direct category requiring/recommending electronic consents, I do believe we can improve grades for our clients. • By making the consent a digital one, we could deliver it to the patient IN ADVANCE of meeting with the doctor, providing more time for them to think of questions. Have a way to turn the dynamic consent form the patient will sign into a read only copy to avoid have to create a second version of the form that gets sent in advance.

    Width of columns not adjustable:
    Not all info within a column is viewable.
    Not all columns are viewable so often the action items (ellipsis) is hidden so the user has to know to scroll all the way to the right to get to them.

    If selecting ellipsis for an item toward bottom of a page, the box with options to select sometimes opens off the page and is inaccessible. In Forms Library, this box would include options for Version History, Fill Out, Assign…

  18. Often patients need a form after a visit, like a satisfaction survey, mental health questionnaire, or financial assistance application. We can manually send forms to patients at an time, but adding automatization around sending forms to patients at any time would be helpful, as well.

  19. Create an AI that follows up with patients after discharge to reduce risk of readmission. About 15% of patients are readmitted within 30 days of a discharge, and there are comorbidities that can greatly increase this risk for curtain patients. It is very costly to readmit patients, and CMS does not like it.
