Form Management - Columns available to view

I would like to be able to configure what columns are visible on the Form Management Form and Layer tabs. I want to be able to add any form/layer metadata field, i.e., PDF file Name, document Type, Form ID, etc. This will greatly improve the IC ability to maintain the form list and metadata settings. Additionally, it would be great to be able to export the list with visible columns allowing us to document and share with the customer. I realize this is an enhancement, but is there any way to manually change the colmns today?
