Leapfrog Score Booster: Send Informed Consent to patient as read-only in advance of meeting with doctor
Leapfrog added ratings on Informed Consent within that couple of years. While there is not a direct category requiring/recommending electronic consents, I do believe we can improve grades for our clients. • By making the consent a digital one, we could deliver it to the patient IN ADVANCE of meeting with the doctor, providing more time for them to think of questions. Have a way to turn the dynamic consent form the patient will sign into a read only copy to avoid have to create a second version of the form that gets sent in advance.

Leapfrog Score Booster: List all doctors involved in Procedure on the consent form
Leapfrog added ratings on Informed Consent within that couple of years. While there is not a direct category requiring/recommending electronic consents, I do believe we can improve grades for our clients.
We can help ensure the doctors involved in the procedure are listed on the consents.
Pull in from an HL7 message or give a space on the consent form to include this information.

Leapfrog Score Booster: Include Quizzes in the Informed Consent
Maybe to help with the “teach back method” we can put “quiz questions” on the consent for the patient to answer that relate to the Px. Probably something AI could help with, like look through the Px details from the data set and ask the patient, very simple questions like, is this a benefit of the Px (and the answer is always yes).

Moving consents between different health systems
Many surgeons operate at hospitals that are different than the practice or health system they have their offices.
3 votesInterlace Health will be developing a solution to address this request in our new SaaS offering called "Nova." The solution will address the use case where the form originates from an external Provider and is submitted to Nova. In addition, the solution will provide a mechanism for Nova to send a link to an external Provider, given them access to the appropriate forms in Nova to complete.

Integrate between hospital and non-hospital owned clinics that are on a different network
We get patients form from Providers at clinics that are not on Epic and not on the same server. They would like to be able to have the surgical informed consent signed electronically at the clinic, up to 30 days before the procedure, then associate that consent with the Epic surgical encounter at the hospital the day of the procedure.

One is the receiving of forms submitted from the customers website. Another is the ability to receive faxes and map to a patient record and then archive.
