Forms Management to include Non Interlace Forms
City of Hope uses Interlace Health for forms creation in a number of areas. However they use Epic Consents for procedural consents. There may be a 3rd set of forms created by another tool. COH would like any "forms management" module we create to be able to provide some level of tracking (form name, tool used to create it, most recent version/date) for all their forms regardless of where it was created.

The favor of form management is on the Nova product roadmap along with some other capabilities that will allow customers to manage their own forms and maintain in Nova without having to export to edit the PDF and re-import.
