Internal based workflows that leverage forms and signature like we used to do with Fastflow . We should include the ability to deliver theseNon clinical workflows such as PO approval, new hires and others that require signature. We should be able to route these forms using internal communication tools commonly used including various emails, MS Teams Slack and others. We should be able to store completed documents in the repository of choice of the clients. We should research is this sharepoint or other 3rd party storage and retrieval systems. Elsa 3.x Troubleshooting EnhancementWe need a new column added to the Elsa 3 Instances view. We need the account number added to allow effective troubleshooting. urgency - without this ICs will need to know the date/time and patient account number to find a workflow instance to troubleshoot. customers will have the account number, but rarely have a precise date/time. this is not a showstopper but will greatly reduce troubleshooting time and stress. 1 vote

Reduce Readmission Risk with AI follow-ups after dischargeCreate an AI that follows up with patients after discharge to reduce risk of readmission. About 15% of patients are readmitted within 30 days of a discharge, and there are comorbidities that can greatly increase this risk for curtain patients. Post Care Remote Forms : PROM SurveysI noticed a healthcare tech vendor advertising they can boost PROM scores, and wonder if we should pursue such as well. NOVA's tooling that is used for RPI could also be adapted to provide post-care or discharge solution. Much of the tech to do so is already done in NOVA. Its similar to RPI but in reverse order. This could be remote forms that request the patient fill out surveys like PROM (patent response outcome measurements). 1 vote

Price TransparencyThere is proposed legislation to require hospitals to provide full price Transparency. If that cost information can be exported (report or PDF) from the EHR, we could then merge that data into a consent and deliver remotely to the patient that would require their signature. Request for new Search and Filter OptionsThe customer wants another option to be added to the list that already exsits: the current list under the encounters tab are Acct#, DOB, Patient Name, MRN. they wanted to see if Location could be added. We have a number of customers including Valley Health who use both our financial solutions aka "Checks" and other solutions such as Forms on Demand, Patient Intake forms etc. Valley is concerned about having to operate two different "forms" systems if they migrate their existing Classic products to Nova. Having migrating Financials on the roadmap would encourage them to start the migration process. I believe St Genevieve and others would like this option as well. Can we provide data from an intake form or survey that could feed into this Meditech feature? anicholas@interlacehealth.comThe secure online forms feature of Nova ties to a queue which can also support inbound emails or faxes. Unfortunately this capability is an overlap with the fax queue capabilities found in fax products such as Forward Advantage, Documo and others. These queues are being used to kick off more sophisticated workflows including OCR and data extraction. Our ability to capture data securely off a website could extend the capabilites of these fax products. Instead of the completed form and data being sent to our queue, it would be better if we could send it to their queues or they… 1 vote
