    Interlace Health will be developing a solution to address this request in our new SaaS offering called "Nova." The solution will address the use case where the form originates from an external Provider and is submitted to Nova. In addition, the solution will provide a mechanism for Nova to send a link to an external Provider, given them access to the appropriate forms in Nova to complete.

  2. Currently, Interlace Health can support administrative workflows with FastFlow. We have customers using this capability. Thus, to move those customers and extend our Nova offering to prospects with the same need, we need to consider how to implement this capability in Nova.

  4. On the forums, it would be nice to have an area where people could upload forms / tool kits. Forms is a little tricky with my current organization but my past organization we would share our forms with anyone that wanted an example. The tool kit designers is not a problem to be shared.

  5. When in WFI, Administration, then anything with multiple pages of menus (WFI Locations, Alias Categories, etc...), if you go to something other than page 1, edit/view a selection, then save/cancel, it auto brings you back to page 1. Why can't it keep you on the page you were on. Now you have to keep navigating back to the page you were on each time you touch a selection on another page.

I wish there was an Edit Mode in WFI to be able to drag/drop jobs where you want them which leads to it would be nice if you could organize the jobs however you want instead of them always being in alphabetical mode. Hate having to put special characters in front of the job name to get it at the top for frequently used forms. Wish we could choose to have alpha or put however we want.

    This capability is currently in development on our new Nova platform. Due to the technology approach used in WFI, we are not able to provide this capability. Please reach out to your sales representatives if you have any interest in hearing more about the Nova platform.

  7. Being a hospital, several forms have graphics to represent activates that need to be done by the patient or body parts to depict where ailments/injuries are. When building forms in Form Designer, these pictures are find, but when printed out of WFI they are very pixilated and blurry. Then when these forms are scanned back into the Medical Record, its worse. Is this in the future plans to make better?

    In addition to the tips Ron offered, we are looking into this printing issue.

  8. In capture client have it expand on screen similar to the Go app on IPAD. If thats not possible please change the color of the box to GREEN as its hard for people to distinguish where to sign on a form and the Black, Blue, and Red signature boxs are hard to see.

    Thanks, Ian, and sorry about the slight delay in feedback.  We have begun to research the impact this change would have on the app and consider possible solutions.

  9. Could a QR code could be generated when patient completes all Pre Registration materials remotely. Patient could then scan that code when they arrive on site to "check in" or automatically print necessary wristbands (LAB/RAD outpatient visits).

  10. Per feedback from the team and folks I talked to at HIMSS, cyber security is THE top initiative for IT right now. It would nice to have a play for that via providing an off-line downtime solution that doesn't require network availability. Basically WFI and Reg Downtime installed as vm's on workstations (laptops) that can be accessed during a downtime or cyber attack. We basically already have these solutions but there should be some thought to how those solutions would be configured or "solution-ized" so they can be marketed appropriately.

  11. We are currently having to fax documents to external partners. To streamline this process, we would like the ability to setup partners faxing numbers and allow for selecting of docs/forms within the Interlace Health solution using our electronic faxing solution.

    POC related to receiving faxes has been completed. We have requirements in place to allow for Nova to consume faxes with attached PDF files and associating the PDF to an encounter/patient record. Expected release is Q1 2025

  12. A practice as simple as a nurse checking in on a patient for vital signs. Digital rounding replaces pen and paper with electronic forms geared to the task at hand. The forms help ensure information is tracked and communicated and the process is more consistent.

  16. Add the ability to add Form Packets to Encounters in Elsa via the Add Forms activity. These packets are created under Admin - Forms Organization Setup. This would greatly reduce IC time and effort when creating workflows and assigning forms in many situations.

  17. I suggest adding a warning message that appears when the 'Clear Signatures' button is pressed in case it is pressed on accident. Something along the lines of 'Are you sure you want to clear all signatures?' then the option to click 'Yes' or 'No'.

  18. Form Management - Columns available to view

    I would like to be able to configure what columns are visible on the Form Management Form and Layer tabs. I want to be able to add any form/layer metadata field, i.e., PDF file Name, document Type, Form ID, etc. This will greatly improve the IC ability to maintain the form list and metadata settings. Additionally, it would be great to be able to export the list with visible columns allowing us to document and share with the customer. I realize this is an enhancement, but is there any way to manually change…
