Handle HR Form Processes
Ellie has stated that she hears a request from customers and prospects regarding handling HR workflows/processes. Two examples are: 1) signing of forms during the on-boarding process and 2) gathering consent for flu vaccinations.
Philip as prototyped this capability and discussed as doing as a skinks project to help our own HR on-boarding process. However, we have not had the resources to do so.
Nova now is able to tailor the backend data model to any data modeled desired. This now allows Nova to have a data model for employees. To implement this request, we will need to create a…3 votes -

Currently, Interlace Health can support administrative workflows with FastFlow. We have customers using this capability. Thus, to move those customers and extend our Nova offering to prospects with the same need, we need to consider how to implement this capability in Nova.

Phone App
Use Case 1 (Top priority): Physicians would like to sign forms electronically on a personal phone. They would need to have access to view the signature queue and complete signatures.
Use Case 2 (Second priority): Our staff have company issued phones and we want to use them as a backup to tablet devices when none are available. We want staff to be able to have both patient and staff complete and sign forms on the phone device.
Use Case 3 (Reach): Home health users would like to use their phones to complete documentation while at a patient home.4 votesWorking with customers to understand the specific use cases desired to facilitate by a phone app.

Save favorite procedures per physician
Physicians are counting clicks and do not want to search through a list of procedures or have to type in the name of an often-used procedure. Physicians want to limit the lists of procedures to pick from to only those that they use most frequently or flag the ones they want to see at top of the procedure list for easy access.

Kiosk Mode for Patient Check-in
Patient authenticates (QR code send to them, or patient specific data entered), forms load to fill out, if any. System notifies EHR of check-in status.

Customer with Capture would like to leverage the iPad's camera feature to be able to scan in patient's ID and Insurance card during staff-led registration.

Better Picture Graphics on Printed Forms
Being a hospital, several forms have graphics to represent activates that need to be done by the patient or body parts to depict where ailments/injuries are. When building forms in Form Designer, these pictures are find, but when printed out of WFI they are very pixilated and blurry. Then when these forms are scanned back into the Medical Record, its worse. Is this in the future plans to make better?

Print Only Product
Design a product that is geared towards only printing forms and not digitally completing. The only digital information entered would be prefill data. No digital signing.
The product would allow for easy selection of encounter records and selection of forms to print for the selected encounters.2 votes -
Form / Toolkit Sharing
On the forums, it would be nice to have an area where people could upload forms / tool kits. Forms is a little tricky with my current organization but my past organization we would share our forms with anyone that wanted an example. The tool kit designers is not a problem to be shared.

WFI Administration Tab
When in WFI, Administration, then anything with multiple pages of menus (WFI Locations, Alias Categories, etc...), if you go to something other than page 1, edit/view a selection, then save/cancel, it auto brings you back to page 1. Why can't it keep you on the page you were on. Now you have to keep navigating back to the page you were on each time you touch a selection on another page.

Edit Format in WFI
I wish there was an Edit Mode in WFI to be able to drag/drop jobs where you want them which leads to it would be nice if you could organize the jobs however you want instead of them always being in alphabetical mode. Hate having to put special characters in front of the job name to get it at the top for frequently used forms. Wish we could choose to have alpha or put however we want.

Guided Experience Customer Feedback
In a guided experience on a mobile device such as iPhone 12 Pro, better scale the "Back" "Save for Later" and "Next" buttons/text. They are overlapping each other due to the width of the screen. Consider making them smaller.
On image uploads, the button to delete an uploaded image is a "not allowed" or international "No" and could be hard for customers to understand what it does. Consider renaming this button.
Have the ability to make radio sets as "read-only" fields. Especially those that we are setting with pre-fill. Text fields have this functionality but radio sets do not.

better tray codes
Has a mixture of both Ricoh and Xerox printers, therefore, has to have 2 PCL files for each form.
Ideal resolution:
• Improved tray code compatibility for PCL6 printers/drivers.
• ability to select which Tray Code to use at the Printer level, not just the Merge level1 vote -
Capture Client Signature boxs
In capture client have it expand on screen similar to the Go app on IPAD. If thats not possible please change the color of the box to GREEN as its hard for people to distinguish where to sign on a form and the Black, Blue, and Red signature boxs are hard to see.

Remove Favorites on Deactivation
Web FormImprint: Provide a checkbox that can be set to on or off in settings, to allow favorites to be removed when deactivating a user.
Justification:
We have tens of thousands of users in our database over the years. We recently discovered after clearing deactivated forms from users (mostly who were previous users) that our system sped up noticeably. We then culled data off of the deactivated users for another speed increase. From an auditing standpoint we cannot remove users from the system, however, removing unneeded settings helped free up load times.Pitfalls: The only downside we can come up…

Generate QR code at end of item completion that patient can scan when they arrive to “check in”/print wristbands
Could a QR code could be generated when patient completes all Pre Registration materials remotely. Patient could then scan that code when they arrive on site to "check in" or automatically print necessary wristbands (LAB/RAD outpatient visits).

Off-Line Downtime Solution (Cyber Security play)
Per feedback from the team and folks I talked to at HIMSS, cyber security is THE top initiative for IT right now. It would nice to have a play for that via providing an off-line downtime solution that doesn't require network availability. Basically WFI and Reg Downtime installed as vm's on workstations (laptops) that can be accessed during a downtime or cyber attack. We basically already have these solutions but there should be some thought to how those solutions would be configured or "solution-ized" so they can be marketed appropriately.
