An error occurred while saving the comment When the patient has a procedure scheduled, they could receive a read-only copy of the consent via a link in a text message, like remote forms, so they have the opportunity to review it in advance of meeting with their provider and come prepared with more questions.

POC related to receiving faxes has been completed. We have requirements in place to allow for Nova to consume faxes with attached PDF files and associating the PDF to an encounter/patient record. Expected release is Q1 2025

This will requires a lot of development time. We do see the value of this request, but is not top priority at this time. We will continue to research the market demand for this capability.

GJC/CH/CW needs to send a financial assistance application 6 times within 6 months after a visit (once a month for 6 months). Presumably if the patient fills out the app, these messages would stop at that point and otherwise continue until 6 notifications have been sent.
