Researching the root cause of so many forms being selecting. Assuming the user doesn't realize they have selected all forms in the job tree.

This will requires a lot of development time. We do see the value of this request, but is not top priority at this time. We will continue to research the market demand for this capability.

The solution that works in *most* cases is to use Label vs Recycled vs Plain. The issue is some models don't have label and/or recycled so we have been lobbying Ricoh to add the options in future firmware for all of their models. Labels / special paper forms are the only ones we have issues with cross brands but most have a label selection for paper type and has reduced our duplicate merges.
The first thing we do with new printers now is flash them with the latest firmware. If we learn a new Firmware update is out we will try it on one of the printers that didn't have the option to see if we need to roll it out to all of those models.
