Leveraging data from our forms into AI models to create insights and/or increase automation beyond what we and other PI vendors are doing today. Two ideas- Meditech is adding predictive technology into their EHR to highlight patients with increased risk of missing appointments. Can we provide data from an intake form or survey that could feed into this Meditech feature? Another one to consider is here: TherapyNotes offers an AI-powered tool called TherapyFuel that can generate summaries of patient intake forms to help therapists create more efficient and informed care plans. This AI feature can be used to quickly review patient history and generate a summary of key information, saving therapists time and effort. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Here's how it works: [1, 3, 5]
1. AI-Generated Summary: Once a patient completes a Client History Form, an AI-generated summary is automatically created and displayed at the top of the form and within the Intake Note. [1, 3, 5]
2. Quick Reference: Therapists can easily access and review this summary to get a quick overview of the patient's history and key details before their session or while writing their Intake Note. [3, 4]
3. Enhanced Documentation: This AI feature helps to streamline the documentation process, allowing therapists to focus on what truly matters – their patients – without spending excessive time sifting through pages of notes. [4]
4. Free Access: If at least one clinician in a practice is enrolled in TherapyFuel, everyone in the practice automatically gains access to the AI-generated summary feature, including the ability to generate contact notes, at no extra cost. [1]
5. Streamlined Workflow: TherapyFuel also offers other AI-powered features, such as AI-generated progress notes, further enhancing documentation efficiency. [1, 6]

This is not an immediate need requested by end user clients. However it falls into the category of creating a competitive advantage and thinking more broadly about how our products can bring value.
