The secure online forms feature of Nova ties to a queue which can also support inbound emails or faxes. Unfortunately this capability is an overlap with the fax queue capabilities found in fax products such as Forward Advantage, Documo and others. These queues are being used to kick off more sophisticated workflows including OCR and data extraction.

Our ability to capture data securely off a website could extend the capabilites of these fax products. Instead of the completed form and data being sent to our queue, it would be better if we could send it to their queues or they could write the code to create this workflow from our capture to their processing.

There MAY also be a need for end users to have our web based forms operate in the same way if they've established workflows tied to existing queues supplied by their existing fax vendors.
